When dried, mushrooms often have a more pronounced aroma than fresh ones. They’re perfect for making stuffings, soups, broths, pasta, risotto, gratins, terrines, and pâtés, as well as for adding flavor to sauces and when cooking meat, vegetables, and fish.

Produced in Belgium, we oversee the entire production process: from spores to harvest packaging.

Method
We grow the mushrooms ourselves in Belgium, using a 100% organic substrate made from beech sawdust and locally sourced grains. We then dehydrate them in our low-temperature dryers to best preserve all their qualities.
Usage
- Réhydrater 15 minutes ou plas dans un fond d'eau chaude, et garder l'eau pour la cuisson ou parfumer une sauce ;
- Intégrer directement à la cuisson d'autres légumes, sauces, risotto, etc.
