Here is a mixture with multiple flavors and colors that can be cooked together: shiitake, namékos, eryngii, gray oyster mushrooms and enokis.
Dried mushrooms often have a more pronounced aroma than fresh mushrooms. They are perfect for preparing stuffings, soups, broths, pastas, risotto, gratins, terrines and pâtés, and for flavoring sauces, cooking meats, vegetables and fish.

Use
- Rehydrate for at least 15 minutes in hot water, and keep the water for cooking or flavoring a sauce;
- Add directly to cooking other vegetables, sauces, risotto, etc.
