Production
Produced in Belgium, 100% organic, traceable production from start to finish
In a market largely reliant on imports, we’ve taken a different approach: growing locally, obtaining organic certification, and documenting every step to ensure complete transparency. In contrast, many mushrooms imported from China offer varying levels of traceability and transparency, with inconsistent concentrations depending on the batch and supplier. We prioritize Belgian origin, regular inspections, and a clear composition: 100% fruiting body, with no fillers.
At Mycosphère, we manage the entire production process for our products, from spores to harvest , drying, and packaging.
Our organic growing medium is made from beech wood and select organic grains sourced from our region.
We monitor the humidity and air circulation in our growing rooms to ensure optimal growth and quality for our mushrooms.

We then dehydrate them in our low-temperature dryers (always below 40°C) to best preserve all their nutritional and flavor qualities
