Fresh Organic Mushrooms
In 2015, we began producing our first mycelium and growing media to cultivate and sell our fresh mushrooms. Thanks to our expertise in the production process, we were able to supply more than 20 farmers’ markets, 10 stores, and 10 restaurants with high-quality mushrooms, including lion’s mane, a variety that was virtually unknown in France and Belgium at the time.
That was the starting point of our journey, driven by innovation and a commitment to making mushrooms accessible while ensuring local, 100% organic production.
