From waste recycling to the production of superfoods, soil remediation, and the creation of new eco-friendly materials, their potential is immense. What sets us apart: 100% in-house production

What makes Mycosphère unique is that we control the entire process, from start to finish. We produce everything ourselves: from petri dishes and liquid cultures to grain-based mycelium, substrates, and our dried mushrooms and superfood powders. Everything is produced locally, with a guarantee of organic quality and a commitment to the environment.

Mushrooms are much more than just food. Rich in essential nutrients, minerals, and protein, and low in carbohydrates and calories, they are the perfect superfoods for your well-being. But their potential extends beyond food. At Mycosphère, we’re also exploring their role in soil regeneration, pollution remediation, and the development of innovative materials like fungal leather and eco-friendly insulation.

2015

Fresh Organic Mushrooms

In 2015, we began producing our first mycelium and growing media to cultivate and sell our fresh mushrooms. Thanks to our expertise in the production process, we were able to supply more than 20 farmers’ markets, 10 stores, and 10 restaurants with high-quality mushrooms, including lion’s mane, a variety that was virtually unknown in France and Belgium at the time.

That was the starting point of our journey, driven by innovation and a commitment to making mushrooms accessible while ensuring local, 100% organic production.

2019


's Mycelium Online

In 2019, we reached a major milestone with the launch of our website. Our goal: to make mushroom cultivation accessible to everyone, from curious hobbyists to experienced professionals.

We specialize in the production of mycelium and fruiting blocks, suitable for all levels of cultivation.

Starting with wild or existing stock, we rigorously select the most resilient and productive ones.

2022

Superfoods

Since 2022, we have stepped up our research into the nutritional and medicinal properties of mushrooms, at a time when these fields are experiencing significant growth.

To meet this growing demand, we have expanded our product line to include high-quality dried mushrooms and powders. These versatile products can be used in a wide variety of ways depending on the desired benefits: in smoothies, as capsules, in herbal teas, mother tinctures, and much more.

A dedicated team

Today, our team of six passionate individuals —Quentin, Thibaut, Thomas, Rémi, Chris, and Candice—is bringing Mycosphère to life and helping it grow. Together, we share a common vision: to make the world of mushrooms accessible to everyone.


From preparing the substrates for our mycelium to managing the crops, from harvest mushrooms to distributing them through local supply chains, every step is essential. We carefully select the best strains, which we cultivate in our laboratory, while ensuring that we use local and organic raw materials.

Our team also handles order processing, fulfillment, and shipping, in addition to managing accounting, customer service, marketing, and research and development.

These diverse and complementary skills are what bring our project to life. Thanks to this collective synergy, our mycelia reach you ready to grow and reveal their full potential.
