A triple extraction process for comprehensive extracts
Mushroom powder consists of the entire mushroom, dried and ground. An extract, on the other hand, is obtained through a process designed to isolate specific components naturally present in the mushroom.
For our liquid extracts, we combine several complementary methods:
- Supercritical CO₂ extraction for certain fat-soluble fractions.
- Ethanol extraction during the extraction process.
- Ultrasound-assisted hot-water extraction for water-soluble fractions.
The ethanol used during the process is then evaporated and recovered. The finished product is formulated with an organic vegetable glycerin base that is gentle and has no alcoholic taste.
