How do you know if your substrate has been properly sterilized?
Visually validate the quality of your sterilization using this 12*50 mm Sterilization Tape.
To do this, cut a piece of the ribbon (5-10cm) and stick it on your product (bag, jar, etc.). The sterilization tape adheres to most surfaces: plastic, glass, metal, cardboard, etc.
If sterilization is successful, you will see black lines appear on the tape, confirming the temperature reached during the process.
Keep in mind that the temperature can vary between the outside and the center of the substrate, as well as depending on the location of the product in the tank. So place them in several different places.
