Water is sprayed into the air as microparticles measuring 5 to 10 microns. The fine, cool mist does not condense on the mushrooms, thereby limiting disease in the fruiting room.

With its built-in float valve, this misting system can be connected directly to the water supply for automatic refilling.

The misting is generated by a centrifugal system, eliminating the need to replace ceramic parts as is the case with ultrasonic misters. This reduces maintenance and extends the device's lifespan.

Directions for use

Use a humidistat to maintain the optimal humidity level.
Place the device in an elevated position for better mist distribution; use a fan if necessary.
Use clean water. Tap water is fine.
Drain the water from the tank every week and clean the various parts with a brush. If your water is hard, use vinegar to clean the removable parts. Avoid running the appliance with liquids that are too acidic or too alkaline.
Run the device 2 to 3 times a day for at least 5 minutes each time to extend its lifespan.

A great machine

Very easy to use. For the float, I had to use a pressure reducer; otherwise, the water kept running. Much more convenient than floating misters. Good mist output.

Great camera

I highly recommend this misting system. For years, I’ve been using ultrasonic mist makers, which break down every year (one time it’s the transformer, another time it’s the motor)... This one is much cleaner, refills automatically, and the power stays consistent. FYI, I’ve had mine for over two years and I’m buying another one for my second fruit room.
