Here’s a mix of mushrooms in a variety of flavors and colors that can be cooked together: shiitake, nameko, king oyster, gray oyster, and enoki.
When dried, mushrooms often have a more pronounced aroma than fresh mushrooms. They are perfect for making stuffings, soups, broths, pasta, risotto, gratins, terrines, and pâtés, and for adding flavor to sauces and when cooking meat, vegetables, and fish.

Usage
- Soak for at least 15 minutes in a little hot water, and save the water for cooking or to flavor a sauce;
- Add directly to other vegetables, sauces, risotto, etc., while cooking.
30g dried = 300g fresh = Serves 2–3 people.
Preservation
At least 1 year when stored in a dry place.
