- 🍄 ALL-IN-ONE: spawn + CVG substrate in a single bag.
- 💉 READY TO ADMINISTER: built-in injection port.
- 🌬️ BAG WITH FILTER: allows for gas exchange during colonization.
- 🔥 LABORATORY-STERILIZED and sealed: prepared to minimize the risk of contamination.
- 🌱 PRODUCTIVE FORMULA: a substrate designed to promote good colonization and fruiting .
- 🏠 EASY HOME GROWING: fruiting directly in the bag.
The MycoBag All-in-One is our ready-to-inoculate kit for easily growing your favorite mushrooms—no need to prepare spawn, make substrate, or sterilize at home.
The All-in-One bag combines sterilized nutrient grain and a ready-to-inoculate CVG substrate in a single container. Simply inject a liquid culture , allow the mycelium to grow, and then initiate fruiting in the bag.
Size: 1.5 kg
Components: breathing filter + injection port
Use: liquid culture recommended
Upon receipt of your bag
1. Take it out of the box
The filter needs to breathe. Don't leave the bag in its shipping packaging for too long.
2. Check the bag
Check for holes, leaks, damaged welds, or damage caused by shipping.
3. Wait 7 days
Let the bag sit for about a week before inoculation to make sure no contamination develops.
Important: If contamination is detected before inoculation, do not use the bag. Take photos of the sealed bag and contact us immediately.
How do I use it?
- Disinfect the injection site with alcohol.
- Inject a liquid culture .
- Incubate at the temperature appropriate for the species being grown (2–4 weeks).
- Let the mycelium colonize the bag.
- Stir if necessary when the colonization reaches 10–20% of the substrate.
- Harvest the fruiting the bag is fully colonized.
The first harvest generally be expected after 30 to 60 days, depending on the species, strain, temperature, and vigor of the mycelium.
Why use a liquid culture
For best results, we recommend a liquid culture .
Spore syringes can work, but they carry a higher risk of contamination. A clean culture greatly increases the chances of success.
Why these varieties?
This substrate is well suited for coprophilous mushroom varieties, which grow naturally in soil rich in manure.Important: This substrate must always be used in compliance with the laws in effect in your country or region. Certain species may be permitted in some areas and prohibited in others.

Guarantee prior to inoculation
The bag is guaranteed to be sterile prior to inoculation. We therefore recommend waiting approximately 7 days before use.
After inoculation, the outcome also depends on the culture used, the cleanliness of the procedure, and the incubation conditions. Contamination after injection can result from the syringe, the procedure itself, or the culture environment.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you let it ripen right in the bag?
Yes. Once the bag has been colonized, fruiting begin directly inside the bag.
Can I use a spore syringe?
That is possible, but we recommend using a liquid culture instead to reduce the risk of contamination.
How long until the first harvest
Generally, 30 to 60 days after inoculation, depending on the species and culture conditions.
What should you do if the bag appears to be contaminated before use?
Do not open it. Take photos of the sealed bag and contact us immediately.
