Growing Tips
The ballot prefers cool, humid environments. A lightly ventilated cellar generally yields the best results. Avoid places that are too dry or too hot.
Preservation
Our kits are produced on a regular basis and may be several weeks old by the time they are delivered.
We recommend starting the culture within 2 to 4 weeks of receipt and keeping the kit in a cool place (10–15°C) in the meantime.
