This system keeps the mycelium fresh for 20 to 40 hours during transport. This minimizes the risk of heat-related damage to the mycelium.

Note:

• There is no guarantee that the cold chain will be maintained or otherwise.
• Temperature maintenance depends on the outside temperature and the duration of shipping.
  
• For these orders, we prefer to ship on Mondays, which reduces the risk of packages being held up in a warehouse over the weekend.

The crates are returnable: they can be folded up (including the outer brown cardboard boxes and the cooling packs) and we will refund you once they are returned to us. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
