Place in a humid and well-ventilated area at a temperature of around 12 to 20°C.
Cut the plastic covering the substrate.
Slightly scarify the substrate with clean hands.
Spread the bag of casing soil over the substrate.
Use a watering can to moisten the substrate without soaking it (approximately 1 L of water).
Keep the surface always moist using the watering can.
Maintain the surface moisture until the final harvest. Harvest the mushrooms and pull out the stumps to avoid rot.
