🌱 Instructions for Use
Follow the instructions to ensure a successful grow and harvest.
First, make sure to remove all the air from the bag by making a small slit at the top if necessary. Fold the plastic over to the side and secure it with tape or by laying it flat on its side.
Next, make two 5-cm cross-shaped cuts on each side of the bundle. Keep the growing medium moist; use a spray bottle if necessary. The primordia will appear after 1 to 2 weeks and develop over the next 1 to 2 weeks.
Harvest the mushrooms when the spines are about 5 mm long. If the mushrooms turn yellow before reaching this stage, they have likely been stressed by drafts or temperature fluctuations. Harvest them at that point and wait for the next harvest.

🍄 harvest Storage
You can harvest 3 to 4 times from this type of bundle. To harvest, gently twist and pull the cluster out. Remove any remaining stem pieces to prevent them from rotting and affecting future harvests. After letting it rest for a few days, soak the bundle in water overnight, drain it, and then wait for the next harvest.
Lion's Mane mushrooms will keep for about 5 days in the refrigerator in a paper bag. For longer storage, dry them and grind them into a powder.
