Hericium erinaceus (Lion’s Mane) — whole mushrooms cultivated and dehydrated in Belgium at low temperature (<42 °C).
Appreciated for centuries in Asian traditions, Lion’s Mane is known for its natural richness in specific compounds (hericenones, erinacines). Its mild, slightly nutty flavor makes it a choice ingredient for infusions, broths, and culinary preparations — easy to incorporate into your daily rituals.
Lion’s Mane offers a natural nutritional profile — a source of beta-glucans (polysaccharides), trace elements (zinc, potassium, iron), and B vitamins — traditionally part of a wellness approach within a varied diet and balanced lifestyle, and provides interesting proteins for vegetarian and vegan diets. All in 100% fruiting body: only the carpophore, without mycelium or fillers, for a clear and perfectly traceable composition.
Why choose our Lion’s Mane?

- 🍄 100% fruiting body: only the carpophore, no mycelium or fillers.
- ❄️ Gentle drying < 42 °C: optimal preservation of natural qualities.
- 🤍 Pure and simple: 100% mushroom, vegan, no additives, lactose-free, gluten-free.

Production
Produced in Belgium, 100% ORGANIC, traceable production from start to finish
In a market largely supplied by imports, we make a different choice: local cultivation, organic certification, and documenting every step for total transparency. Conversely, many mushrooms imported from China have variable traceability and transparency, with heterogeneous concentrations depending on batches and suppliers. We prioritize Belgian origin, regular controls, and a clear composition: 100% fruiting body, without fillers.
At Mycosphère, we control the entire production chain of our products, from spores to mushroom harvesting, drying, and packaging.
Our organic growing substrate is produced from beech wood and selected organic cereals from our region.
We control the humidity and air renewal in our growing rooms to ensure maximum development and quality of our mushrooms.

We then dehydrate them in our low-temperature dryers (always below 40°C) to best preserve all their nutritional and flavor qualities
