📋 Use
If you cannot use the bundle immediately, you can keep it cool (around 8°C) for 1 to 2 weeks. However, we recommend opening the bundle quickly after receipt. This variety prefers temperatures between 20 and 30°C, ideally around 25°C.
To obtain a beautiful bright pink color, ensure a good amount of light. Make a cut on the side of the bale at the substrate level, expel the air from the bag, and place it with the opening on the side. Keep the bag moist until the buds appear, with a humidity of 80 to 90%. Use our minispray or our professional misters to maintain optimal humidity.

🏡 Where to grow it?
Grow indoors (kitchen, garage, cellar) or in a warm, well-lit place. Pink oyster mushrooms need indirect light and good ventilation. Avoid drafts and direct heat sources.
📦 Harvesting and storage
Harvest the clusters before the edges of the caps curl up and start to pale. The caps of pink oyster mushrooms grow quickly, sometimes doubling in size in a day. Harvest as soon as growth slows to ensure a tender texture and bright color. Pull the clusters off by twisting them. Remove any remaining stem pieces from the substrate and keep it moist until the next harvest.
Pink oyster mushrooms can be stored for about 2-3 days in a paper bag in the fridge. For longer storage, you can dry them.
💡 Tips
To encourage the growth and productivity of the second and third harvests:
- Re-moisten the bags by immersing them overnight in water, then drain them and put them back into cultivation.
- Create a thermal shock by placing the bale in a cool place overnight (fridge or outside) to stimulate the next fruiting.
