How to Ensure Your Substrate Has Been Properly Sterilized
Validate the quality of your sterilization process visually using this 12*50 mm Sterilization Tape.
To do this, cut a piece of tape (5-10 cm) and stick it on your product (bag, jar, etc.). The sterilization tape adheres to most surfaces: plastic, glass, metal, cardboard, etc.
If the sterilization is successful, black lines will appear on the tape, confirming that the required temperature was reached during the process.
Keep in mind that the temperature can vary between the outside and the center of the substrate, as well as depending on the product's location in the chamber. Therefore, place the tape in several different spots.
