Organic Fresh Mushrooms
In 2015, we began producing our first myceliums and our first substrates to cultivate and market our fresh mushrooms. Thanks to this mastery of the production process, we were able to supply more than 20 markets, 10 stores, and 10 restaurants with quality mushrooms, including the lion’s mane, a variety then almost unknown in France and Belgium.
This was the starting point of our adventure, marked by innovation and the desire to make mushrooms accessible while ensuring local and 100% organic production.
