Long wait, but it works

"I waited 2 years, but the shiitake cultivation has begun. I'm not sure if I always monitored the humidity of my logs well. But a week after a heavy rain in August and with cooler mornings, the growth started. I hope it lasts."

It is often said that they start to grow when you forget about them 🙂 after the harvest, you can soak the logs overnight in water in a basin or other container, to allow them to rehydrate well in depth.
