The Yellow Oyster Mushroom (pleurotus citrinopileatus) is native to Asia.

It has a unique flavor reminiscent of citrus fruits with a more tender and delicate texture than its cousin the gray oyster mushroom.

We produce this variety mainly in the off-seasons (early autumn - spring) because it likes heat.

Rather robust variety and resistant to contamination.

The caps range in size from 3 to 7cm, the color ranging from bright yellow to pale yellow depending on the growing conditions.

Conservation of mycelium: 1 month in the fridge
