Using mushrooms to meet the challenges of our current world.

From the recovery of waste to the production of superfoods, their potential seems infinite... It is with this in mind that the Mycosphere is developing.

With a wide range of varieties of mushrooms , mycelia and with our culture bales , we make the kingdom of fungi more accessible to both individuals and professionals.

Rich in nutrients, minerals and proteins and low in carbohydrates and calories, mushrooms are superfoods packed with properties essential to health. You can also find our dried mushrooms and powders on our site, with a guarantee of local and 100% organic production.

2015

Fresh mushrooms on markets

Since 2015, we have produced around ten different varieties of mushrooms throughout the year. We supply more than 20 markets, 10 stores and 10 restaurants.

All our products are certified 100% organic.

2019

Mycelia
online

Since 2019, we have been marketing our mycelia on our website. We specialize in the production of seeds and substrates for growing woody mushrooms.

We select our strains starting from wild or already existing strains. We work with them to make them more resistant and productive for growing in living environments.

2022

Superfoods
online

Since 2022, research into the nutritional and medicinal aspect of mushrooms has grown considerably in recent years. We are further developing our range with our dried mushrooms and powders. These can be used in different ways depending on the components sought: integrated into smoothies, capsules, herbal teas, mother tinctures, etc.

A committed team

Today there are 5 of us who are passionate about bringing this project to life: Quentin, Rémi, Thibaut, Thomas and Jonas.


Preparation of substrates for our mycelia, crop management, harvesting of mushrooms and distribution in short circuits, selection of the best cultivation strains and reproduction in the laboratory, supply of local and organic raw materials, reception-preparation-shipping of orders, accounting, customer service, marketing, research and development,...

All this requires a series of professions with diverse and varied, but very complementary, skills. It is from this alchemy that our mycelia finally arrive in your hands to make your precious mushrooms bear fruit.
