Dried mushrooms often have a more pronounced aroma than fresh mushrooms. They are perfect for preparing stuffings, soups, broths, pastas, risotto, gratins, terrines and pâtés, and for flavoring sauces, cooking meats, vegetables and fish.

Our mushrooms are dehydrated at low temperature in order to best preserve their quality. 100% natural, raw, vegan product, additive-free, lactose-free and gluten-free.
Produced in Belgium, we control the entire production process: from spores to harvesting and packaging.
Process
We grow the mushrooms ourselves, in Belgium, on a 100% organic substrate composed of beech sawdust and cereals from the region. We then dehydrate them in our dryers at low temperatures so as to best preserve all their qualities.
Use
- Rehydrate for 15 minutes or more in hot water, and keep the water for cooking or flavoring a sauce;
- Add directly to cooking other vegetables, sauces, risotto, etc.
