🌱 Instructions for use
Follow the user manual to ensure the success of your cultivation and harvest.
To start, expel the air from the bag by making a small cut on top if needed. Fold the plastic to the side and secure it with tape or by laying it on its side.
Next, make two 5 cm cross cuts on each side of the [.text-message+&]. The substrate must remain moist; use a spray if necessary. Primordia appear after 1 to 2 weeks and develop in 1 to 2 weeks.
Harvest the mushrooms when the hydnes (spines) are about 5 mm long. If the mushrooms yellow before this stage, they were probably stressed by drafts or temperature changes. Harvest them then and wait for the next harvest.
🌸 Fruiting parameters:
Fruiting temperature | 12-25°C |

🏡 Where to grow your mushrooms?
Ideal for indoor cultivation (kitchen, garage, cellar), Lion's Mane prefers indirect sunlight. Avoid drafts, radiators, and direct sun exposure.
🍄 Harvesting and storage
You can make 3 to 4 harvests with this type of [.text-message+&]. To harvest, gently twist and pull off the cluster. Remove all remaining stem pieces to prevent them from rotting and harming future harvests. After a few days of rest, soak the [.text-message+&] overnight in water, drain it, then wait for the next harvest.
Lion's Mane mushrooms keep for about 5 days in the refrigerator in a paper bag. For longer storage, dry them and grind them into powder.
