The PureFlow 600 is a laminar flow hood designed to create a filtered air zone above your work surface. The goal is simple: drastically reduce contamination during sensitive manipulations (agar, transfers, liquid cultures, grains, clones, etc.).
What is a laminar flow hood?
A laminar flow hood draws in air, passes it through a prefilter then a HEPA filter, and sends back clean and homogeneous air (laminar flow) at controlled speed. Result: your actions take place within a filtered air curtain that limits the entry of spores, dust, and particles into your open containers.
A versatile model: horizontal or vertical
- Horizontal flow: clean air “sweeps” your work area forward – ideal for agar, transfers, and fine manipulations.
- Vertical flow: clean air flows down onto the work surface – convenient according to your ergonomics and organization.
- Simple installation: the PureFlow 600 can be placed on a clean table (stable, cleaned, dust-free work surface).
Can also be used to put a room under positive pressure (like a “clean room”)
The PureFlow 600 can also be used as a filtration unit to create positive pressure in a small room (principle: supply more filtered air than the air escaping). This helps limit the entry of unfiltered air when the door opens.
- Recommended: room as airtight as possible (doors/seals), clean organization, regular cleaning.
- Important: performance strongly depends on room volume, air leaks, and usage.

Maintenance & spare parts: an investment for years
We offer HEPA filters and pre-filters for replacement. With regular maintenance, the PureFlow 600 is designed to support you in the long term.
- Pre-filter: to be checked / cleaned / replaced depending on the level of contamination in your environment.
- HEPA: to be monitored (flow, noise, performance) and replaced when necessary.
- Warranty of 12 months on the fan and the casing only.
- The filter must be checked within 3 days of receipt to allow replacement in case of damage during transport.

FAQ
Do I need a “clean room” for it to work?
No. The PureFlow 600 creates a filtered air zone, but the best results are obtained in a clean, calm, and organized environment.
Does it eliminate 100% of contaminations?
No system guarantees 0 contamination. The hood greatly reduces the risk, but technique, hygiene, organization, and environment remain decisive.

Warranty & After-Sales Service
The PureFlow 1200 is covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, for any manufacturing defect or component defect under normal use.
- What the warranty covers: manufacturing defects (chassis/frame), fan/electronics, switch/dimmer (if present), wiring, assembly, and abnormal operation related to a defect.
- What the warranty does not cover: normal wear, consumables (prefilter, HEPA filter), clogging, transport damage not reported within the deadline, improper installation (air intake, lack of sealing), use in an unsuitable environment (excessive dust, humidity, liquid splashes), or any modification/repair carried out by a third party.

Note: the warranty applies to the product itself (filtration unit/hood). The filters (HEPA and prefilter) are consumables and are not covered for wear and tear. For quick processing, keep the original packaging and inspect the product upon receipt.
