Dried, mushrooms often have a stronger aroma than fresh mushrooms. They are perfect for preparing stuffings, soups, broths, pasta, risotto, gratins, terrines and pâtés, and for flavoring sauces, cooking meats, vegetables, and fish.

Process
We cultivate the mushrooms ourselves, in Belgium, on a 100% organic substrate made of beech sawdust and cereals from the region. We then dehydrate them in our low-temperature dryers to best preserve all their qualities.
Usage
- Rehydrate for 15 minutes or soak in a small amount of hot water, and keep the water for cooking or flavoring a sauce;
- Integrate directly into cooking other vegetables, sauces, risotto, etc.
