How to know if your substrate has been properly sterilized?
Visually validate the quality of your sterilization using this 12mm wide and approximately 50m long Sterilization Tape.
To do this, cut a piece of tape (5-10cm) and stick it on your product (bag, jar, etc.). The sterilization tape adheres to most surfaces: plastic, glass, metal, cardboard, etc.
If the sterilization is successful, you will see black lines appear on the tape, confirming the temperature reached during the process.
Keep in mind that the temperature can vary between the outside and the center of the substrate, as well as depending on the location of the product in the tank. So place it in several different spots.
